Nothing Gold Can Stay....
Given the present environmental state and the climate crisis we face, it seems like, we humans have been actively working towards ensuring that - “Nothing Gold Can Stay”. This can be especially visceral in urban cities where green spaces, water bodies are actively being pushed out/taken over.
This on-going series is symbolic of this human behaviour. I have tried to capture the remnants of nature still around me in the urban spaces. In the hope, that while these images seemingly capture nature one can also sense the lack and absence of it. That we don’t confuse the Gold Dust for the Gold itself!
